Department of Education Requirements
DOE applicants should make sure the OPAL application has been submitted before fingerprinting.
- Government-issued photo ID such as driver license, passport, or ID card
- OPAL application submitted before fingerprinting
- Last four digits of Social Security number
- Payment method, cash or card
You do not need to bring your Social Security card.
